I sent Charles another email (he must have a separate file for my problems with his platform by how ;D), but I don't know how long it will take to fix. Again.   3. I dunno...I'm now on a first name basis with every tech in the helpdesk, and not much is happening.

    Besides, they keep closing the comments off. I may just forget about it and go somewhere else.
