  1. I find it also quiet interesting that the liberal press had given Obama a pass on the question of whether he should or should not visit the flood weary areas of Louisana. Obama's apologists in the press (most of them are) indicated that the prospect of a presidential visit would be a great distraction to the area given the need for security and the movemebt of vehicles. Those affected by the terrible floods did not need this distraction.

    This reason was the VERY SAME REASON why President Bush did not wish to hamper an already dire situation during the after effects of Hurricane Katrina. Of course the liberal press vilified him for his ineptitude and 'tone-deafness'. Amazing!
